Galo Properties and Fulcrum Development purchased 98 acres at the southeast corner of Interstate Highway 10 West and Loop 1604 for a mixed use development. This property will be turned into a mixed-use combination of retailers, mulit-family housing, offices and hotels to be known as The Landmark.
